Poor Mackie had a rough night. They tried to get an Iv twice around midnight - and after that failed they tried around 5 am and finally got the Iv threaded. Aaron was with him last night - only 1 parent can sleep bedside - and he said he kept saying “Mama! I want Mama.” My poor bubs 
The plan is still a sedated echo and then cath but no time yet for the cath. His heart rate has set the monitors off several times when it drops into the 30s. It jumped up to 115 then down again and he didn’t even move. Alarms go off and the first few times someone comes rushing in but then he settles out again
