We made it safe and sound yesterday. We had a condo booked for 5 days (non refundable) and then yesterday the RMH called to say they had a cancellation in one of their apartments. We took it as well bc we may not get another chance. It’s $50/nt so much more affordable if we are here for a month. It is also very very close to the hospital. It is HOT though. The window units are working hard but are not up to the task against this crazy heat wave. So for the next few nights we will sleep at the condo with my sisters and hopefully the heat wave will pass soon. Added bonus - the condo is beautiful and has a pool so we will be swimming this 4th of July and enjoying the day ❤️ Pre op tomorrow bright and early. Happy 4th everyone 🎉🇺🇸 We are pretty excited about the epic fireworks scheduled tonight
